Meet Richard
Hallak Bali
Richard Hallak Bali is an interior designer and creative director based in Utah. His work blends spatial design, event styling and custom production to create memorable environments for private celebrations, seasonal installations and interior spaces.
Trained in interior design at Instituto de Diseño de Caracas, Richard brings a refined eye for proportion, atmosphere, color, texture and detail. Through HALLAKBALI®, he combines design, workshop and events into one creative process.
